Grazing Leases

Lykes Bros. currently leases approximately 90,000 acres of its Florida Ranch for grazing leases.  Our leases vary in both the size and term depending on corporate plans for the property and the tenant’s needs.  The majority of the areas available for grazing leases consist of planted pine plantations with natural wetland systems.  The minimum grazing capacity is determined based on the age of the forest stand, size of unplanted areas, and soils.
